TelCloud / CRM replacement
Keep your CRM.
Leave the license.
We rebuild your Salesforce org from an exported copy as a CRM you can host yourself or with us: your records, your custom structure, your relationships. A defined project instead of an ongoing per-seat bill.

01 / The rebuild
Not a blank CRM.
Your CRM.
A useful CRM is more than a list of names. We rebuild the core records and the structure connecting them from your Salesforce export, so the new system reflects the way your business is organized.
Accounts
Companies & account records
Contacts
People & their connections
Opportunities
Pipeline & deal history
Cases
Service & support records
Custom objects
The structures unique to your org
Fields & relationships
The context that makes data useful
Where the written scope matters.
Reports, automations, and workflows are rebuilt only when included in the agreed up-front written scope. We define what is included together before the project starts rather than implying every Salesforce feature transfers automatically.
02 / The process
Four stages.
The decision stays yours.
From the first assessment through final acceptance, there is a clear next step and a clear point of approval.
Assess
We review your Salesforce setup, current annual spend, and what your team actually uses. Together, we define the rebuild in a written scope before work begins.
SETUP + SPEND
Export a copy
You export your org, or grant us temporary access to help. We work from an access-controlled copy of that export; your live Salesforce environment remains unchanged during export.
LIVE ORG UNCHANGED
Build
We rebuild the agreed objects, fields, records, and relationships in a CRM ready to run on your own hosting account or ours, then check the result against the agreed scope.
REBUILD + REVIEW
Accept
You test the finished CRM using an acceptance checklist based on your Salesforce setup. Payment follows your review and sign-off against that checklist.

03 / The economics
A one-time project fee. No per-seat bill from us.
The project is priced at 50% of your current annual Salesforce spend, as a one-time fee. We establish the number with you up front and put the work in writing.
Salesforce users
40 × $195 / user / month (Salesforce Core edition list price, October 2026)
Document add-on seats
10 × $20 / user / month
($8,000 × 12)$96,000
One-time project fee
50% of illustrative annual spend
Example only, not a quote. The per-user rate shown is Salesforce's Core edition list price as of October 2026; the add-on seats are illustrative. Actual project pricing is based on your current annual Salesforce spend and agreed scope. Hosting is optional with us at $100 per month; hosting on your own account has no charge from us.
04 / After handoff
A CRM on
your terms.
Hosted your way
Run the finished CRM on your own hosting account at no charge from us, or on ours for $100 per month. You choose, and you are not renting a per-seat platform from us.
Accepted by you
Your acceptance checklist is based on your own Salesforce setup. You review the delivered system and sign off before the project fee is due.
